fix(python): fix no event loop on resubscribe

Canceling this PR. Looks like the ChipDevCtrl.ZCL* methods will be deprecated in the future that use one shot asyncio.

@gcanti I think this is user error in retrospect. The regex `/^[...]*$/` is effectively zero or more, so in that case it looks to be working as intended. It works...
