The VAE should be converted to bf16 beforehand, I don't think the current implementation is the correct way to go about this because then it wastes time decoding the latent...
The title for this PR isn't really clear either imo. It isn't adding support for bf16 VAEs, that's already supported out-of-the-box with Torch 2.1. All this adds is the rollback...
I think https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/commit/23c947ab0374220c39ac54fc00afcb74e809dd95 supercedes this?

I'd still like to see this PR merged. For users with a ton of extra networks like myself, in the current state of the UI, just opening the panel invokes...
