Not sure if this is new in a recent update, but you can now set the default list through Agenda's settings (ag -> Manage Settings -> Set Default Reminders List)

I believe this is due to the due date field calling [`APPLE_DATE_FORMAT`](https://github.com/urishiraval/obsidian-apple-reminders-plugin/blob/6f20090f2f617e1c04e6a09c96ad37cc9ce538c2/src/data/constants.ts#L1), which is hard-coded and breaks for regions that don't use dddd, DD MMMM formatting (such as the United...
