The thing is that https://github.com/castagna/freebase2rdf/blob/master/src/main/java/com/kasabi/labs/freebase/Freebase2RDF.java does not do anything to validate triples. Perhaps you could add a small patch to use Jena's RIOT and optionally validate triples. Have you tried...
