Case - Empty Arrays

I'm not able to find ids/URIs to use to test the following endpoints:

/CFConcepts/{sourcedId} /CFSubjects/{sourcedId} /CFLicenses/{sourcedId} /CFItemTypes/{sourcedId} /CFAssociationGroupings/{sourcedId}

These appear at the bottom of every /CFPackages/{sourcedId} page I've looked at as empty arrays:
