This is finally being tackled in the `python3-wxpython4` branch, to be released soon (I hope).
The work is actually completed in a branch, but didn't find time yet for proper release.

P.s. could you please add information on the version of Scyther you used (detailed version number, github commit if possible, and details of the operating system you are using).
This will change soon hopefully, as we will be moving the Python 3.
