cellpose itself doesn't yet have support for TZYX, this is on the to-do list

going to close this issue due to inactivity, napari does support pyqt6 on windows and linux without issues so maybe this is resolved also cellpose now supports mac MPS acceleration,...

you don't need to convert it, you need to label it in the napari GUI with a `c`. we can add this into the widget in the future
