dont think polltype is rumble at all imo, evey controller has a polltype being 1 or 0.
so it seems ps3,ps4 controller rumble is hardcoded in afaik but ini files do have rumble stuff check this ini made by some random person for nintendont way way back...

is your usb or sd card fat32? what are you using? hdd?flashdrive?
so your are using a flashdrive? nintendont is more demanding than usbloadergx is for wii games, not all flashdrives are compatible with it maybe yours isnt. Also always start nintendont...
CC has no exit combo without being the home button lol. the only problem with ssx tricky is using the wiiu gcadapter where you cant use native, all others controllers...
do you have native mode turned on? can you deposit and withdraw pokemons still?
