True Crime NYC get stuck on loading screen after a while. Does anybody have a solution?

so yeah the only stable version is the ps2 one but take a picture of your nintendont settings to see if your pushing anything into the game to make it even more unstable, do recall true crime has built in error that can wipe out your memory card and so on even on original hardware so take that into account.
