i think 4.5.2 is the minimum req version by wu still. though 2016/win10+ come with 4.6.1 pre-installed. that been said, give 4.6.2 so i can use the http2 features ;p

honestly it's mostly for more advanced filtering ... where i already have 2100 contentitemids and i know i need to query within those 2100 eg its one of these 2100...
