I am not familiar with building simulation tests.... but in [IBPSA](https://github.com/ibpsa/modelica/tree/master/IBPSA/ThermalZones/ReducedOrder/Validation) there are already a bunch of validation tests for building models using _VDI6007_.

Do you see any potential problems with this pull request? It would be nice if you integrated it into the master. Thanks!
