Actor not maintaining initial speed while simulation

I have defined a free drive scenario in which actor should be following a speed and drive along a path. I have changed that speed to 0 and could still see the actor moving along. image

Desktop:

  • OS:Windows 11
  • CARLA Version 0.9.15
  • Python version 3.7
  • Version 0.9.15
