Hello! All PRs must be against dev branch and you need to provide a Description of what is PR about. Moreover you need to test it on Windows + Ubuntu. Otherwise your PR won't be reviwed.

You cannot add Documentation in Root folder. It cannot be in docx, or doc file, must be md or txt format.
