synchronization problem

CARLA version: 0.9.13 Platform/OS: Ubuntu 20.04

Problem you have experienced: synchronization problems with own agent and traffic manager. The results are different every run. Even if both are set in sync mode. If Cara runs in sync and traffic manager in async mode the results are somethimes the same.

What you expected to happen: same results every run

Steps to reproduce:

• set world and traffic manger synchronous_mode = true
• set traffic manager port
• settings.fixed_delta_seconds = 0.05
• spawn walker and car with autopilot
• perform 100 ticks (apply_controll for walker)
• compare end pos
• destroy actors
