It is the original idea. If every frame is accurately aligned, we can directly use the optical flows as the prior information.

Maybe you can specify PYTHONPATH before running python

The used memory is about 20G+ in testing. You can use a smaller tile in test_cfg.

I do not try on 3d image data.
