Is this feature on the roadmap? Bundling all SVG's into the main vendor.js file while using engines isn't ideal.

This would be very helpful for those of us behind corporate proxies. Can this please be merged? Edit: Made these changes locally and everything worked behind our proxy.

I am having the same issue. `import-cost` module installed and everything configured as per the documentation, but I never see the expected output. ST Build 3207
