As a flutter app developer, I would love to have Dart client for Stargate gRPC

[Currently](https://github.com/stargate/docker-images/issues/105), we have to provide `cassandra.yaml` to control for the use of materialized views. Couldn't this be controllable by some environment variable instead?

Is it possible to [submit CSV](https://docs.datastax.com/en/dse/5.1/cql/cql/cql_using/useInsertCopyCSV.html) text along with delimiter and other options with Stargate REST? Couldn't find anything in the docs.

Any way to keep the animation going while the the Python interpreter is blocking with respect to C-libraries like numpy, scipy, pytorch, itk, etc. I was thinking threading.
