AnyIO support

Describe the solution you'd like To be exclusive to one async liberary, asyncio, is a lost opportunity. I suggest that support for AnyIO is implemented.

Describe alternatives you've considered There are no superior alternatives to the most liberary agnostic approach, IMHO. You could implement for each liberary seprately, but this would increase the development cost.
