Ah, it seems that cpputest actually exists in /home but the `run.sh` script mounts `HOST_WORKDIR` to `/home` which overwrites cpputest. By changing a line in `run.sh` to ` --volume "${HOST_WORKDIR}":"${WORKDIR}/src"...
