@lackrobin We implemented this using Zebedee. Most relay operators don't run LN nodes.

We should probably have a separate issue for each. It will be hard to track the work for all of that with one issue. Let's use this one for Heroku.

Thanks! I think we should split the docker compose for local and prod. Current one was meant for prod. Will review the code later today.
