Server doesn't seem to respond and world doesn't load after entering End portal

I believe that you might have PortalGodMode enabled PortalGodMode makes it so that you are invincible after entering a portal, but cannot move or interact with blocks, nor see entities...

I installed vector-addon,But it doesn't work

I don't have vector registered to modmenu you could check if it is working by searching for any of its modules in meteor (for example "PacketPlace" or "RubberbandFly")
