Global Image Registry and Pull Policy are supported in [nats-1.0.0-beta.0](https://github.com/nats-io/k8s/tree/nats-1.0.0-beta.0/helm/charts/nats) Global Image pull secrets are not in there yet so I'll leave this open

nats chart should support setting the service.spec.type

I agree but helm's lack of compasability is limiting.... The chart already must ship the headless service due to the Stateful Set. This service name is already the chart name...
