absolute position while zoom

Hi there, love the tool. I assume it's not possible but it'd be great if the circle could detect when I perform a zoom operation and while zoomed in, the circle repositions to the same relative offset for the zoomed in content. Basically when I zoom in to focus on content that I'm presenting, I'd still like my circle / presentation to still be shown.

I currently use zoomit https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/zoomit for zooming if it helps to reproduce.
