Elastic Beanstalk has just shipped support for PHP 8.2 https://github.com/aws/elastic-beanstalk-roadmap/issues/250 Can this please be applied to App Runner.

PHP 8.3 has now been released https://www.php.net/releases/8.3/en.php

When will this be ready? We're in a holding pattern with a major framework migration due to this. We don't want to be forced into re-tooling to image deployments.

Any insight into the deployment speed from the App Runner team? It's disconcerting that Google Cloud Run is so much more performant.
