Could you post the dimensions of each entry in the Tensor stream? While CN24 may make some assumptions about the number of *input* channels, no such restrictions exist on *output*...

Multiple GPUs

The only way would be to run multiple instances of CN24 and using the config files to select different GPUs. There is no support for SLI/CrossFireX in CN24.
