Support for HTTPS?

I can't seem to configure the client to be able to make requests to a server that requires HTTPS. Is that supported? If not, what might it take?

20.10.21 does not have binary available

It looks like the release for [20.10.21](https://github.com/StefanScherer/docker-cli-builder/releases/tag/20.10.21) does not have a binary avaialble, just the source files.
