I resolve my problem. Wrong pdf.ttf file. It's realy hard to find the correct one:
I came back to by question. Some images throw an error "System.AccessViolationException" When I use OcrEngineMode.QUBE OCR work, but i didn't a searchable PDF. Any ideas?
No not really. I get in running.

Hello, I play with my example and remove the space in front of the QR-Code on page 1. After that, the Code is found. I think, thats not expected ;)...

Thats the problem. I see the folder, but no setting.json or TestSettings.json for that, save must be called, but isn't I change the code, if no JSON file, create one....
