I ran into this issue too, it's a problem caused by the unescaped xdotool call. If you copied just a single quote mark, you will get this log: ``` xdotool:'/bin/sh...

I went to the settings file located in `%appdata%\Docker\settings-file.json` and deleted the line that says `"WslInstallMode": "manuallyConfigureWsl"` Then the message disappeared.

I am experiencing something similar too, but my docker won't even open. My upgrading process seems to have stopped in the middle, since the start menu shortcuts of docker desktop...
