@fichtner I deactivated "shared forwarding" as described and restarted the OPNsense. This did not change the behavior. Many thanks for the support!

Workaround: In my case, the only solution that worked was separately installing the [latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#visual-studio-2015-2017-2019-and-2022), followed by a reboot.
