I think `data-click-to-select="true"` is a feature to be implemented by the developer to add or delete columns manually in code. So the toggle option in the dropdown list is not...

Ohhh ok, gotcha...you need the first column to also show up in the dropdown right? I'll try to look into it and let you know if I find any solution...
