For a quick fix you could try using the plugin config to disable bluetooth
if either of you had some time to update to the v11.10.1-beta version, re-enable bluetooth in the plugin config, restart the plugin, and then post all the logs that appear...
could either of you update to plugin v11.10.1-beta.1 and see whether anything has improved? im kinda shooting in the dark on this...
which versions of macos are you using?
