I see that CI is set up to build under ubuntu and debian, but there's no packaging happening for github releases. Maybe we can configure this to build on release.

Looking in [the factsets dir](https://github.com/voxpupuli/onceover/tree/master/factsets) seems like all or most of the OSes there are EOL'ed. Let's remove the EOL ones and include current OS versions.
