looks like there needs to be a release made at https://github.com/dougkeen/BartRunnerAndroid/releases for this to happen
and I think you mean `2.2.19`?
is this still an issue? do we need to bump this https://github.com/erickok/transdroid/blob/aadddd0d3ac926bb376e956e2d2451f7d91ff638/app/build.gradle#L82 to the latest stable version? https://developer.android.com/jetpack/androidx/releases/appcompat#version_151_3

I think https://github.com/erickok/transdroid/pull/625 should fix this
I think it's still a good idea to validate the downloaded files; I notice the newer versions e.g. https://github.com/krallin/tini/releases/tag/v0.19.0 have sha256sums we could validate instead of using gpg
