Exception when reading an encrypted zip file containing a folder: "Stored, but compressed != uncompressed"

I have created a [PR](https://github.com/icsharpcode/SharpZipLib/pull/902) to fix this error. I believe the source of this error is due to ZipFile changing the compression method from Deflate to Stored for directories...

feature/1249: Add support for block comments

Hi @sidharthv96, there seems to be an issue with ESLint in the CI for this PR. Is there something I need to do to get this working?
