A set of utilities to work with the game files from the Impressions/BreakAway Games citybuilding games made between 1998 and 2002.

EngConverter

A small program to convert the game's language files (*.eng) to and from an XML format so the language files can be edited easily.

SGReader

Another small program to extract the graphics from the games (.sg2/.sg3/.555) to PNG files.
