I decided to just turn that feature off entirely and see if that makes a difference... even though I'm not actively using it. I cannot seem to download that test...
Same issue but managed to download it on a personal laptop and transfer it via USB. Sneakernet 😂 Installed it and will report back. FYI disabling the "Turn off display..."...
