"Never highlight indent as error for languages" option not working

I have included "HTML" and "JavaScript", but I'm still seeing the red indent. I've tried searching any documentation to see if I'm doing it wrong, but I haven't found any...

Persistent Notification Option

I think it would be very useful to have 2 options for each notification type that would allow for the notification to be persistent. ### Use Case It's isn't normal...

I also changed the `makerkey` field label to "Key" instead of "Name" and updated links.

Palette Compatibility

Thank you for ColorBanners 2 compatibility, but CB2 is buggy. Palette is a lot less buggy. Could you please make Intelix compatible with Palette too?

Also change "String" to "string"
