As clamd already has support to run custom scripts.

The port apparently cannot be built when fusefs-libs-2.x package is installed (both ports can coexist). Reported by [Alexey Dokuchaev in FreeBSD's Bugzilla](https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=243135).
