i just noticed when testing on another server that this does NOT apply for all servers; 1.20.1 fabric is the one that was affected

I was just working on a plugin and while setting up my IDE, I realized that arclight also does not (always) shut down properly here; the server itself closes fine...
not sure if this is related but it seems so, we have noticed that weather doesnt work at all on our 1.20.1 server
well it doesnt at all, not in any modded dims, and not in the default overworld either
update: on our 1.20.1 server it suddenly started raining and it wont stop one thing to note is that i saw the worldedit "weather-lock" flag work _for the first time...
This may be related; I noticed at some point our Fabric server started spitting out [this](https://pastebin.com/GGBDHBRE) exception over and over again. Server did not crash and functionality was not notably...
Can this be resolved at some point? It makes ALL kinds of logs unreadable and bloats log size infinitely.
