Yeah, preflop needs mccfr, It's kind of a different algorithm but many technology developed here can be reused for a preflop solver. But no, I didn't write an preflop solver....

I think that's a bug. Could you provide exported parameter file? I'd like to replicate that.

This part of code is kind of old and wouldn't run, if you want to use it through python, you might want to refer to colab files, not py files...
