冒昧问下 preflop range 的来源

学习翻前范围中，市面上常见的 range 相差很多，能问下 qb_ranges 来源和时效吗（之前瞟到过 monker 出的 ranges 结构好像很类似）

应该是有千丝万缕的关系的，是我一个玩德州的朋友给的，然后我又处理了一下
