Make Render shortcut more discoverable.

When I started using CQ-editor, it took me a while to discover that there was a keyboard shortcut for Render. This patch makes the shortcut more obvious.

grblHAL prints "grblHAL 1.1" by default, whereas standard grbl prints "grbl 1.1". This PR adds compatibility with grblHAL by locating the space before parsing the version number.

I found the default jogging speeds a little slow for my taste, so this PR adds a setting to choose between 'Normal' (default) and 'Fast' jogging speeds.
