[AppSec] `on_success` parameter of hooks is ignored

There is an `on_success` parameter that can be specified when writing hooks (like for `profiles` etc.) but it is ignored by the AppSec component.

It is not possible to list "appsec only" alerts with current `cscli alerts list` flags
