add `GetActiveDecisionsCount`
What would you like to be added?
we have some users that for reasons (ie. no bouncers, or bouncers on the web server) keep triggering decisions over and over for the same IP. Combined with the exponential decision duration tweak (duration_expr) it can lead to many very long decisions.
Having a GetActiveDecisionsCount or GetActiveDecisionsTimeLeft would allow one to have a profile.yaml that would prevent create piles on similar decisions for the same IP.
