Am using `nunit3-console` with the `coverlet` console command line rather than `dotnet test` but get the same result. Have reverted back to 1.7.2 for now.

I have have been getting the same issue again too, coverlet seems to hang whilst instrumenting the assemblies. Attaching show it stuck in the MetadataResolver.  Is there a debug...

Have worked out how to debug my locally built `coverlet.console` tool. Now just trying to work out where it is stuck.

I noticed that if the datagrid does not fill the window (which normally it would) then drop locator icons (?) appear outside the datagrid.
