Keyboard Tracking doesn't enable for ⌘ + Click/⌘ + ⇧ + Click

During screen capture, Gifox doesn't enable keyboard logging for multi-select click functions. Might be nice to have the cursor indicator change color or something too if the click is modified...

This allows the user to constrain the canvas to a specific size or add other css styles. Optional and defaults to the size of the canvas, as before.
