Spurious complaints about `deps/0 function not found.`

I've seen failures with this error parsing a reasonably-formatted mix.exs file. When I rebuild the tool locally to add debug output, the problem goes away.

I'm going to release a prerelease version with extra output conditioned on MIX_DEBUG for the next time this happens.
