That was an interesting read! Every time I take something for granted with how email coding works, email clients remind me they should never be trusted.

This repo is no longer maintained, going to close this out.

I was going to report it too but it doesn't seem to violate any of the Chrome Store policies

Maybe they did it just so they could have full control over code (chrome extensions) they allow their staff to install and use?
