I'm assuming you mean `py2app`. What command are you using to build your app? I've sometimes needed to use the `--packages` option to include something that `py2app` hasn't picked up.
Sadly Mountebank is no longer maintained, so I suspect it won't be.
If only I had a good suggestion...

A brief intro to rooms might be useful too. I'm assuming that if you have multiple pairs working on a single codebase, you use a room per pair?
