Maintenance Fork
I've forked the project here: https://github.com/mattherman/mountebank
As of now I'm just planning on minimal maintenance - patching dependencies and such, not new development. I haven't published a new package yet, but will update that project if/when I do.
If anyone else is aware of any other forks that are going to be more actively maintained, please let me know.

Why don't you, please, take over maintenance of this project or at least take over the docker-image name to continue that distribution channel. I believe @bbyars is open about that.
I am also willing to put in some effort for some maintenance. I am seriously missing the publicly available documentation (used to be at http://mbtest.org/.
@jarl-dk has worked with @bbyars to move the project into an organization where we can continue maintenance. The fork I created is no longer relevant.
